Baotou Tianlong Permanent Magnet Generator Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Baotou which is acclaimed as ‘the home of rare earth and the city of steel on the grassland’. It is the professional corporation which engages in manufacturing rare earth permanent magnet generator, wind energy generating electricity equipment, solar energy generating electricity equipment and PV/wind hybrid generating electricity system, It is also the director corporation of Chinese Wind Energy Equipment Association (CWEEA) and the member of World Wind Energy Association(WEEA).Baotou Tianlong was set up in 1996 and successfully produced the first Chinese low speed 5KW direct-drive rare earth permanent magnet generator.Now we have developed a series of generators, more than 400 kinds, rotation speed from 50 rpm to 750 rpm with rated power from 50w to 500kW in types, includes horizontal shaft type, vertical shaft type and outer rotor type. Our products are very popular among our consumers. Our products have been sold to twenty-nine domestic provinces, autonomous regions cities and special administrative region including HongKong,Macao&Taiwan, and exported to more than forty countries in Europe, America, and southeast Asia circumference.

The R&D center for permanent magnet generator of our company, it is led by the first-rate expert who enjoys the special allowance awarded by the State Department, the expert developed a special way of design.In the last 16 years,the company has developed more than 400 kinds low speed permanent magnet generators for hundreds of customers in wind power ,hydropower ,exercise equipment generation,magnetic energy generation and diesel generator set.We have also provided permanent magnet generator sample for demestic 50 universities including Tsinghua University,Peking University,Ocean University of China and many major research institutions such as State Grid Companies Nanrui Group Research Institute,Jiangsu State Grid Company Test Institute ,and National key research projects(863)etc. TianLong now has become a permanent magnet generator producing enterprise with the largest capacity of single PMG, great variety of generators and the most widely coverage among medium-small wind power industry.

In 2010, we developed super efficient and high torque over 50kw permanent magnet synchronous motors. These products can be widely used in automotive industry, machine tool industry, the elevator industry, the oil industry and can replace the combination mode of speed reducer and electric motor. So it can achieve precise control, infinitive stage transmission and torque of permanent magnet motor.

In 2010,The company had come into the National Rare Earth High-Tech Industrial Development Zone,and Invested 60 million RMB to set a new factory and a research center that covers 14000㎡area.The productive area will be 10000㎡, and the advanced equipments & new production line will be imported to increase the yearly production to 100MW.
